This 90-minute in-person teaching, and Q&A session is tailored specifically for small churches desiring growth, excellence, and sustainability.

By submitting this application, your church agrees to the following terms if selected:

Eligibility Requirements:

Church must have 99 members or fewer (based on average adult weekly attendance).

Only 25 churches will be selected for the 2026 “Small Church, Big Heart” Tour.

Honorarium:

No honorarium will be required by Dr. McNair or Impact Consulting Group.

Travel & Lodging:

Hosting church must cover round-trip travel (flight or mileage) and 1–2 nights of lodging as needed based on location and schedule.

Product Table:

Hosting church agrees to provide space for Dr. McNair’s books and resources to be sold during the visit.

Session Format:

Visit includes a 90-minute in-person leadership teaching and live Q&A.

Session must be open to at least the pastor and their leadership team.

Pastoral presence is required for the session to proceed.

Logistics & Media:

Church must provide:

Working microphone and teaching space
-
Audio/visual needs (if slides or media are required)

Promotion support via social media and/or service announcements

Sessions are closed, no public livestream

Publicity:

Hosting church agrees to allow photos/videos to be taken and used by Impact Consulting Group for future marketing and reporting.

Cancellation/Rescheduling:

In the event of emergency or unforeseen travel changes, Impact Consulting Group reserves the right to reschedule the visit at a mutually agreed date.
